RNC PVP Cloak does more damage than the RP ATK Cloak?

RNC PVP Cloak has 60% Atk
RP ATK Cloak has a 150% Atk

90% difference and 200 stats but

RNC PVP Cloak has a 40% PVP Dmg which beats the 90% and the +250 stats of the RP Atk Cloak
there are also some players says that RP Atk Cloak is kinda useless that they would just go for the RNC PVP Cloak

so please buff the RP Atk cloak?
- 200 stats
- 100% Atk
- 50% PVP Dmg?

PS : Just a suggestion

ar just remove the pvp dmg from cloaks?
jester does a lot of dmg
blade and ranger too if they get a hit thats not blocked (blade 40m first hand ranger 1 hits bps....)
